How often do you think people are in a situation where 1) they want to get a new job and 2) they want to mvoe and 3) they cant decide where to move to?

Well I'm developing an app that cross-references a bunch of information for you in order to get an idea of where to go, generating a result like the picture <--

Personally, I've never traveled or had to decide on a city. So can you guys tell me what other cool metrics you'd be interested if you were searching?

Thats more like it!
You cant judge by that though. Austin is ~60% but the south-east is much different than north-west.

Also, I hate having missing data in there. I could be completely overlooking something good!

But back on topic: what kind of things would you consider in a new city?

How does W2 differ from W? I think you should have a column for the percent white people in the city proper, and another for the whole metropolitan area. Buffalo, for example, isn't a very big city, but the suburbs harbor huge populations of white people compared to the population of the city itself.

You should also have something about commute time, or how much of a pain the commute generally is.

Simply two different data sources. WolframAlpha vs City-Data. What's funny is when there's a huge variance in cities with a lot of mexicans. Get it, cause they're illegals.

I agree, but unfortunately it's just hard to get that kind of data easily. If you can find a wolfram-alpha query for it, I'd love it, but otherwise it's kind of hard.
I'm not even sure if the Census records that shit, because like, how do you define where exactly the metro starts/ends? So it's tricky.

It's actually a custom thing I've put hours and hours into at this point. I'll sell it to you for $25. Or if you want to pay me minimum wage, at least $200-ish.
