Its not clear what policy the feds will have in place regarding states rights to contradict federal weed law, but it wont be the current hands off policy.

Will any pro-trump person please explain to me why in my state where it is legal to purchase from a store, where i work 50 hours a week and pay taxes, rent, all my bills on time etc., while i don't drink alcohol or smoke cigarettes because of their toxicity, why i should be put in prison and possibly raped for smoking one bowl in the evening on my one day off? then explain to me why republicans are the party of states rights? and why all the people who work at my local dispensery who are professional and responsible employees of a business should also be thrown in prison and raped and tortured by child molesters and murders? i'm open minded and if you can convince me that this is morally acceptable and necessary im willing to quit smoking weed.

I hope you're right, but the fact is if they do overturn the legal states status and start raiding dispensaries and farms ALOT of people are going to be arrested and probably given exaggerated sentances, I mean if you work at a dispensary in Washington and you're just walking into work with your coffee and
DEA agents tackle you, pummel you into the ground then charge you with trafficking and resisting arrest it isn't really you being sloppy at "not getting caught"

It's not like DEA agents are going to waste their time doing stings to pick up the average user. This is only bad for the dispensaries. Right when I was about to move to Cali for the legal weed. They better fucking not go after them in force. Republicans are the biggest hypocrites in the world. Also pure evil. They just want more slaves in their private for profit prisons and more money from civil forfeiture. They saw the green rush and said, "hey, you know, we've got some police who could just take all that money for us. Let's do that." Fucking bastards.

Consider the fact that most dispensaries keep transaction records of their customers, if they wanted the DEA and local authorities could seek out those former customers who purchased large quanties or seeds and get a warrant to bust down their doors.

Don't get mad? Fuck you right to your face. As an American, to make the system work you have to get mad, otherwise you don't get off your ass. Getting mad is the first step.

And dont get caught? You scream whiteness.

The system works to change the bad laws, not scoff the law. Scoffing undermines the legitimacy of the entire system, a system that should work FOR the people, we pay for it after.

Grow up.

He was portrayed as Scrooge McCzar in the only Christmas Carol adaptation I actually enjoyed. It was in an online graphic novel which I can't find anymore. However, Anslinger is used as the first ghost in this updated version that I did find.

the reason Sessions rescinded the states memo is because the black guy passed it. That's literally the only semblance of concrete policy point this sideshow circus of a presidency runs on.
>Did the black do that?
>Oh yeah that's gone.
I swear to God there is an entire generation of aged racist Americans suffering permanent PTSD from having had to live under a black President for 2 terms and now they are losing their minds trying to undo everything he did in that time, like they can just pretend he never existed or some shit. This is true, but it's still fair to be upset that people's lives will be ruined for cultivation of what nearly all scientific research has determined to be a benign psychoactive plant. I get that the legal cannabis industry has kind of ruined things for small time growers and whatnot, but im sure those growers would rather take a cut in business then spend a lifetime in prison. My main concern is that because its happening now under Sessions there will be an effort to scare the public into backing away from using cannabis, which means a lot of arbitrary arrests and trumped up (no pun intended) charges for the people who are most vocal in the legalization movement. I would love if congress voted to re-schedule cannabis but unfortunately that is never going to happen, even though to the American public legalization is one of the only if not the only issue that is truly bi-partisan, its the establishment GOP faggots like Sessions who refuse to listen to the American public and hold onto their refeer madness just to prove a point. My best friend has epilepsy and regular CBD use has made his life worth living, if he gets thrown in jail for that i will beat the fuck out of any and all pro-cannabis prohibitionists i come across.

More dispensaries were shut down under obama than bush jr. and he was supposed to be the liberal. This myth needs to die.

They were definitely still getting cancer dude, tobacco smoke has always been bad for you. Diagnoses for lung cancer in Native Americans pre-modern age is rare for a few big reasons. One, while some Native American individuals did use it recreationally, by and large it was only smoked for ceremonial purposes. This contributes to a lower risk of smoking since they aren't chainsmoking that shit. Secondly, nobody, Native American or otherwise, recognized lung cancer as an actual disease until 1762, and diagnosing a victim before they died was extremely difficult until the 20th century. While there has definitely been an increase in global lung cancer victims over time, this is more likely due to higher air pollution rather than every government on earth coordinating to poison tobacco products. Third, despite massive advances in cancer diagnoses and treatment from the mid-1800s until today, Native Americans actually getting regular access to those advances is a VERY new thing, and even then some parts of reservations today have terrible access to good medicine. Of course diagnoses are going to be low when your people have no access to someone who can actually diagnose you, let alone treat you.

Not to mention that if that were the case we would see a drastically lower rate of diagnoses in people who only smoke tobacco they grew themselves or who they got from an all-natural grower, but we DON'T. We simply don't. It sucks, cause nicotine is fun and I'd love to keep smoking, but this shit is bad for you no matter where it comes from.
