420chan I come to you in a time of need.

I inherited a bong, which had a bowl broken off halfway in the downstem. My dumb ass tried to pull it out and broke the downstem itself the exact same way. Does anyone how to get it out without damaging the bong? So far I've tried soaking the joint in solvents, plus that rythmic tapping shit that everybody claims works

I had that exact same thing happen to me years ago. The bong I got was also free, the top of the downstem was busted off so you couldn't pull it out and change the water.

What I did was epoxy a large bolt into the downstem. My plan was to pull the on the bolt after the epoxy had dried. It kinda worked but the bong shattered as I pulled the downstem out.

Good luck.

I assume it was more like
>lol I'm gonna throw this bong out
>no give it to me instead

OP maybe try a dull chisel + hammer and lightly tap the stem with themchisel/hammer

heat it up alot? then if that doesnt work freeze it? perhaps you could stick something in there that can open up on the other end of the stem and then you pull it out? that might break it though. atleast it was free right?

Happened to me once. I figured there was no way i could get the glass out now that its stuck so i tried breaking said glass without hurting the bong. It was fairly easy, a couple of well placed hammers against the blunt side of a screw driver while it rested upon what i consider to be the weakest point of said glass and a voalá, I was in Neverland again.

I would do this guys idea with a heatproof epoxy, and then heat up the stem so the resin acts like lubricant.

I hope OP's bong didn't break.
