Smoke less or have a cup of strong chamomile tea before smoking. You could try using CBD/CBN oil before smoking. You could try smoking tobacco after you smoke, tobacco always calms down my weed anxiety although I try not to use it for obvious reasons

Had this problem for over a year really bad whenever I'd smoke weed. Would instantly get anxious and panicky. The key I found was to reduce my intake to only a few hits, or just use high CBD flower. Avoid the stuff with too much THC.

And of course, be around people you're comfortable with and don't do it in a bad setting like somewhere you don't feel chill. Also, don't smoke if you're already feeling anxious. And remember to stay hydrated and eat enough.

I'm a paranoid fuck all the time before I even discovered weed and the only way I can deal with it is by indulging it and then using deduction to figure out whether it's a likely paranoid thought or an unlikely thought. The silver bullet is realizing that people 99.9% of the time do not give a shit about anything going on around them, and even if you walk up to them and tell them to their face that (insert source of paranoia here), they're probably not going to give a shit and might even be supportive. And in the rare case that your paranoia actually has a plausible line of reasoning that might result in something you gotta go deal with, then make a to-do list for sober-you to do to handle it. Either it's a real problem and you used the insight of your medicated brain to perceive it, or it's a stoned paranoia and you can realize how silly it is, like how seeing actors on a horror movie set takes away the fear.

Also, wear clean underwear. So much anxiety is solved by getting a fresh pair of underwear out the drawer.

Gonna borrow this shit post to ask a question: When they measure THC / CBD % content in weed, I heard these are actually high in THC-a and CBD-a and only are converted into the thc / cbd molecules by decarboxylation (heating up/smoking) .... So always when they measure thc / cbd content do they decarboxylate the buds before hand?

Smoke indices instead of stativa. Sativa gets you a cerebral high but if you smoke too much you get super jutttery and your heart rate jumps up. But indica gets you a body high bc it has more cbd which is actually the medicinal weed people use specifically to CURE anxiety
