anyone know what the Saturation point for weed and butter is?

Just make sure the weed is completely coated. You could also halfway coat it with butter if you are going to be mixing constantly.

I've made weed butter with shit loads of greens and a lil oil and some water to fill it up took longer to split but was highly concentrated

The answer is no. Also, who cares.

Actually, this is a known thing. What's with your attitude? You're somewhat right that nobody -will- care about this point, as it is extremely hard to reach unless using very concentrated extracts with small amounts of butter (i.e. high cannabinoid to butter ratio), but there is indeed a saturation point.

You are much more likely to run into a situation where you do not have enough butter to comfortably encompass the flower itself before you run into a situation of saturating the butter with cannabinoids.

its not really a known, measured number because the question is so vague, theres all sorts of different butter with varying fat concentrations and different weeds with different cannabinoid concentrations. i've never seen anyone make, measure and publish results on the topic although its clearly doable if you have enough weed, butter and money to spend on lab tests.
the rest of what you said is about mixing hash oil with fats, they mix easily, but that doesn't mean that the hash oil has been dissolved, just that its mixed into the fats. if you're making cannabutter then you need to get the cannabinoids dissolved out of the plant material using the fat in the butter, if you're just mixing hash oil with butter then the cannabinoids don't need to be fully dissolved in the butter.

The point is, even if you had all that information it's meaningless in your home kitchen where the devil isn't in the details, it's in your procedure and actually making your kitchen appliances behave and not burn the weed. If you're measuring bud to the mg and oil to the ml to make weed oil at home and then put it in your home oven to decarb it, you've already lost the plot.

hash oil can be decarbed very accurately in a home oven if you're doing it visually. once you get the knack of watching the gas bubbles escape its pretty easy to do the job correctly ever time.

Oops yeah replied to the wrong post but you get the idea. Best way to get through these things is just to do a couple of bong rips and get started.
