Do mangoes really up your high?
I thought it would help after I built tolerance but I barely noticed a change if any.

It's the myrcene in the mangoes that cause the effect.

Maybe you got a bad batch of mangoes? (low in myrcene content)

myrcene does work but all mangos are low myrcene content is the issue

lemongrass has much higher myrcene content, get some edible lemongrass oil and mix it into a drink before smoking youll notice a difference

In contrast, my Walmart always has mangoes on reduced, canned mangoes aren't terribly expensive, and to be real, all of us should be eating more fruit.

chocolate and hamburger meat are the only other 2 substances that can help your brain create anandamide, besides pot smoke

'They' say the same about dark chocolate and possibly other foods I am unaware of. Something about inhibiting enzymes in your body that are also responsible for processing or breaking down the active ingredients (drugs) in cannabis. When these specific enzymes are 'busy' with the mango fruit or cocoa, levels of THC and what-have-you are able to accumulate to higher amounts in the body - and brain. I have never really looked into the validity of this but it would be a good start to finding the answer, yourself.

as far as the enzyme thing goes, it only applies if you digest it. know this because of >>>/dis/, used to take DPH to inhibit whatever fucking enzyme for potentiating dxm
