Stop taking t-breaks and appreciate cannabis and its effects for what they are right now.

T-breaks are a meme. If you want to get higher just consume more potent THC like dabs or edibles or microdose psychedelics.

I haven't taken a break longer than 3 weeks, but I feel this.
The first high after my break is usually nice, but also usually like "Why did I wait so long just for this?"

I find that the 2nd or 3rd time getting high is when the effects of the break really start to become noticeable, though.

>t break = few days low tolerance then back where you were before the break

> smoking tiny amounts till your body adapts and you get high again - get high

Try smoking at nightime. works for me way better if i don't smoke during the day or early evening. keep this habit up for weeks and it should rebalance the high quite a bit.

Don't do this. Pretty much all the cannabinoids get absorbed into your lungs in the first couple seconds, holding it in won't do shit aside from making you briefly lightheaded due to oxygen deprivation. It's not worth keeping the smoke and heat in you for so long.

Weed is just more magical when you're new to it. You can reduce your tolerance (which is definitely a good idea, having a high tolerance is inadvisable for many reasons) but you can't unlearn how to navigate the headspace. You're going to have to either drop it or learn to appreciate the effects it continues to have.

Its called getting a life. Usually people try drugs when they dont have much going on for them. The drugs fill the void with something new and exciting that distracts you for a while from the fact that your life is empty. Emptiness doesnt really fill voids. Getting high only fills them temporarily. The only true way to continue to feel satisfied is to begin building something. Go to the gym if you can, get some weights, look up a bodyweight exercise, read some challenging and informative literature. challenge yourself to become more than what you are. then when you have made progress, celebrate with some weed. you will be godly high

You will never get as high as you did the first few times. I've taken year long T breaks and I do get way higher for a while but still cant seem to get back to feeling like the first time.

I pretty much agree with this unless it's like my last bowl. When I have a lot and milk bowls I usually only hold it all for 2 seconds and I get ripped. If you add the time you inhale to how long you hold it, most of it has been in your lungs for at least 5 seconds.
Holding a hit for 10 secs feel exactly like if you stand up too fast youre not getting much higher just dizzy lol

My weed doctor said you need to activate your body's cannabinoid receptors first by just taking super small doses for a while. Like a half a second puff on a vape three times a day for a few days before you take a big hit. Sounded like broscience but what do I know.
