I've been taking 1.2g of Phenibut every Monday, Wednesday and Friday to keep my spirits up and not shut down around people. Extremely effective for lifting too.
Is CBD oil a sufficient analogue to Phenibut? I want to take something on Tuesdays and Thursdays since hitting the phenni that often would screw one up.

it's not the same, I mean, CBD doesn't give me the same uplift phenibut does so I wouldn't depend on CBD to cover but if it keeps the edge off until the next day then it might be worth it in your case. Now 1.2g isn't a lot but you want to reduce your frequency, 3 days a week every week is quite frequent.

Never tried benzos, but phenibut is a big helper for me. Do some stupid shit on it(no guilt or regret due to phenibuts effects tho), but mostly just makes me a better person. 10/10 highly recommend.

Ok, this ain't hitting the right spots.
Got myself 20% full spectrum cbd and dosed 0.25ml and 0.15ml the next 2 days. Just felt a little dumber and sleepier, less motivated and generally unpleasant as I enjoy being hyper and manic. Going to use the rest to knock myself out for quick sleeps I guess.

Phenibut is based. It's honestly the strangest drug I've ever done in that it's main benefit isn't really it's high but the positive mood it puts you in. Highly recommend but only do it every week/ week and a half to be safe.
