how long should a t-break be to completly reset your tolerance? i want to get really high again, i don't just want to have a comfy fog in my head

also how to i stay motivated to not cheat and smoke before the break is over? i'm always finding excuses in my head to keep smoking

ive had still some lingering tolerance after 2 months after smoking real heavy, maybe its just me.. but for me i'd say 3 - 3.5 months~~

what's always helped me when I T-Break is to try and pick up a hobby I neglected when I got too high, too often. and to be quite honest I never truly STOP smoking unless it's for drug tests, just reduced my usage heavily and switch it up to like two weeks of ONLYhitters and ONLY after I accomplish something. Try and make it a reward so I like change up when and why I crave it.
