Who here has recently said that WWE is doomed? If anything, we have been trying to educate dumbasses like you about how WWE is doing well financially in spite of its shit product and awful ratings.

Not really. WWE makes money in spite of a shit product. Vince and his Creative minions do not care about how shit the shows are so long as nothing happens to derail the money train.

Good is relative but determined by how many tickets sold and merch and etc. To think everything about wwe is flawed is just Indy baised.

The new generation era is the worst and only had Bret and Shawn.

A lot of WWE's investors aren't actively interested in the product. They just accept whatever PR spin the company gives them and they keep on buying into it.

Sometimes it backfires, like when they promised triple the rights fees a few years ago for their US TV deal and it never happened, the investors were pissed off and the stock dropped.

I still find it unfathomable that despite the ratings drop and the third hour being a major turnoff for a lot of people, RAW is still gonna be on the USA Network and it'll likely be three hours still as USA were the ones cheer leading the thing, despite the likes of HHH on the record saying he didn't like the extra hour.

Stock prices have nothing to do with how a company is doing. WWE is not seeing any of this money, Vince is

Oh so Amazon trading at almost $1600 a share has nothing to do with how it's doing. Good to know.

"nothing" is incorrect but it's less indicative than one would think. stocks are too volatile to place faith in regarding how well a company is doing in the public sector, too many factors at play beyond "people like this product."

I bought 15 stocks at $19 each a couple years back just for shits and giggles. I expected if anything it would drop a few bucks or maybe go up a few bucks but I was going to hang on to it for awhile. Well now I'm trying to figure out if I should sell or see if it goes higher with the TV deal.

I sold mine years ago because it was perpetually stuck at like $12-$13 for years and I figured it was pretty much never going to change. The Network and the past TV deal completely changed that. It's going to keep rising thanks to next year's upcoming TV deal, too. Unless you're going to risk being homeless and need the money then you should hold onto it because it's going to keep rising. Short of another Benoit situation then it'll keep rising and likely shoot up once Vince is gone as the board takes more and more control over the company.
