I was bored of Cole in the later days of his ROH run, it's so weird how he's managed to have the same gimmick in 5-6 companies for a decade without ever turning face once despite being the "cool" heel that gets pops for his catchphrases anyway. His matches have always been mid unless Kyle is involved or there's some great story he's just playing the heel role in, but he's looked really bad lately. Dax in particular worked circles around him last week. He seems like a cool dude out of kayfabe but he's a 6/10 by every metric and I don't get how he's still so popular when his act has been stale for 7-8 years.

Adama Cole AEW wrestling outed himself as a supporter of Putin's invasion on Twitter today.

He argued with an account called 'Individuality' (the trolls' favourite tag for anyone on Twitter they disagree with) and quoted Adolf Hitler.

"Once again. I'm Adama Cole. I'm from Ogun State. I'm a black Muslim. I'm from America. I'm a pro wrestler. I'm from Russia. I'm a South Sudanese American. I'm a disabled Christian. On the last episode of AEW Dynamite, Adama Cole further proved his lack of didium or even didial potential by refusing to chant "we are NXT".

He came out with "I'm an 80's movie villain. Now I'm an 80's comic book superhero. I have evolved. I am a transformed man".

That is a quote from the movie First Blood, the one with Sylvester Stallone where he played Rambo.

"I'm your daddy now and you can either scream, cry or… simply accept it and fight me."

So Adama Cole sounds like the following American movie character.

Adama Cole, in his usual uncouth manner, chose to respond in what can only be described as insulting language.

It's annoying out of everyone that AEW could make sure to feature every episode, it's Adam Cole. I don't hate him, I'm just not interested in him.. is there something I'm missing? Do ratings go up when he's on screen or is he a big merch mover or what?

Give us more Andrade or Butcher & Blade.. give more time to the World Champ.. maybe get a Nick Comoroto push started with some squash matches.

The only guys I wanted out of NXT was Kyle O' Reilly and Ciampa, fuck the Gargano-Cole "epics". Cole's run just reminded me how he's a far cry from his PWG days and he's the skippable part of Bullet Club when Kenny was the leader. The only way for the Owen Hart tounament to end up good is either Joe wins or Kyle turns on him which has a chance of slim to none

I didn’t watch him before he came to AEW, but based solely on his AEW performances: he sucks. He is literally just long hair and an entrance. AEW assumes that the audience by default gives a shit about him, but he hasn’t done fuck all of anything interesting in AEW.

A couple months ago they hit Kenny's music to a massive pop only for just Don to come out to huge boos. I think the idea is that they're going to bring back Kenny and have him fire Callis for one reason or another, and I think him trying to side with Cole instead of the Bucks or something like that would be a good catalyst for that. Callis rolling with UE is at least better than Cole cutting all their promos.
